Overview
GoodGesture is a community mutual aid platform launching in Portland in 2026. I helped qualitative user research that grounds the product in the real needs of the people who give and receive help.
What I do
The work spans user interviews and usability testing with neighbors, nonprofits, and mutual aid organizations. I synthesize findings into design recommendations and map user journeys across requester and supporter personas so the team can prioritize with evidence rather than assumption.
