GoodGesture is a civic platform launching in Portland in 2026, built to make community resource sharing and volunteer coordination easier. We lead qualitative user research that grounds the product in the real needs of the people who give and receive help.

My role

The work spans user interviews and usability testing with neighbors, nonprofits, and mutual aid organizations. I synthesize findings into design recommendations and map user journeys across requester and supporter personas so the team can prioritize with evidence rather than assumption.
